From the hallway, stairs lead downstairs to the huge basement, which has been converted into a games/play room, complete with TV, sofas, table tennis table, and a kitchen/bar area. A perfect place to let off steam and make some noise.
Stairs from the hall lead to the first floor, which contains the air conditioned master bedroom with double bed and dressing area. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, as well as a separate walk-in shower, and twin wash basins. Doors lead from the bedroom to a large sun terrace with fantastic views to the Mar Menor in the distance. Stairs lead down to the pool area. From the landing, a door takes us to an additional private solarium.
