A large property on 3 levels with a ground floor entrance and 2 further floors. Downstairs has two lounges, one has sofa beds, pool and table football.

Las Terrazas de Montemares is situated in an elevated position at the top of La Manga Club. This superb large townhouse on 3 levels is luxuriously appointed and has extremely spacious rooms. It is air conditioned throughout. Guests can enjoy use of the community swimming pool and gardens. Easy access with only 1 step from the covered shared car port, although there are a number of stairs inside the property.

The property has 3 levels, but the ground floor just has the entrance hall. Once inside, descend steps to the lower level where you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. A door leads to a small terrace/drying area.

Next to the kitchen is the living/dining room, with satellite TV and fireplace. Patio doors lead to a large terrace with views over the community pool, and outdoor dining facilities. Next door to the living room are 2 of the 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has twin beds and use of the additional full bathroom.

Descend a further set of stairs to the lower floor where you will find another extremely large double bedroom with modern en-suite shower room with double wash basins, and a sitting area. In addition there is a second spacious lounge/dining area and a second kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, hob and fridge/freezer.

Patio doors lead from the bedroom and lounge on this floor, to the community gardens and pool area. There is also an additional shower room on this floor.

A large 4 bedroom brand new individual villa with private pool and fantastic views. As this villa is very versatile it can be let as a 1,2,3,or 4 bedroom property.There is a kitchen sitting room 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower ground floor with direct access to the patioand pool area.
