One step down from the hallway takes us into the air conditioned, tastefully furnished dining room. The double height ceiling in this room gives it an extremely light and airy feel. Patio doors lead to a terrace area with barbeque and tables and chairs for outdoor dining, and then into the established garden planted with fragrant lavender. The garden benefits from a lawned area and some natural shade from its trees.

The dining room then leads into the air conditioned living room, which is well furnished and complete with satellite TV, hi-fi, DVD player. telephone and fireplace. Patio doors lead out to the pool area, containing a large private pool (optional heating available). From here you have great views of the mountains and to the Mar Menor.

From the hallway, stairs lead downstairs to the huge basement, which has been converted into a games/play room, complete with TV, sofas, table tennis table, and a kitchen/bar area. A perfect place to let off steam and make some noise.

Stairs from the hall lead to the first floor, which contains the air conditioned master bedroom with double bed and dressing area. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, as well as a separate walk-in shower, and twin wash basins. Doors lead from the bedroom to a large sun terrace with fantastic views to the Mar Menor in the distance. Stairs lead down to the pool area. From the landing, a door takes us to an additional private solarium.
